We are flexible in our terms and conditions, if you do not kill or wound an animal then you are welcome to come back and continue hunting another time at just the cost of your food and lodging, or we will refund part of your hunt price.  We are confident we will put you on multiple opportunities to shoot a nice buck, but if you do not we will work with you on the cost of the hunt.
